Are these the same headers that blew the banks up into little pieces...or so he thought?

29 HP with 27 FT/LBs of torque would be nice but they're for off road use only?

No, I think you are talking about the Powerflow headers.
Toomnymods banks muffler blew up inside. I put those on for him. LOL
It was a beyotch to get on!
I wouldnt get headers though until they come out with some type of programmer to fix the ECUs. It runs really rich with headers.

i wouldn't get them, just for the simple reason that Wardawg eluded to! need a programmer, dem headers make the mixture run too rich, or is it too lean...

anyone daring enough to try them though?

The proprietary nature of the computer language used makes designing a programmer very difficult. You would know this if you ever read any of the techno stuff.

you don't think they'd recuperate all the initial costs (r&d, etc) quickly enough if a programmer was made? not enough of us on the road yet? probably not, would be my guess.....

You guys that are running 34.5s and 35s will probably get better performance by having Greg set you up with some new gears. He's made contact with a major manufacturer already. I don't know the details because my 33" BFG AT KO's look like they are good for another 30K at least.

The gears should help with any problems with the torque converter not locking when towing on grade too. There's a sticky in the general area over at TT that Greg, (PrerunnerGreg), started. http://www.titantalk.com/forums/tita...ars-titan.html

I think it is best to get back to stock performance first then maybe headers. Supercharger, if you're real rich why not, but I'd put the money into a PRG long travel before a SC.

Even for an intake plus exhaust, personally I'd rather spend the money on something like 2.5" Radflos instead of 2" Radflos, or even better shock mounts welded on by Greg, (not that I've heard of this, just an example).

Sorry I hijacked this thread a bit, naw not really, I'm just trying to help you guys pick the best bang for the buck.

Everyone needs to realize that the Titan is still a small fish in the Truck pond. Best year for the Nissan was about 90,000 Titan sales. Ford F150 had over 900,000 sales!

So you be the designer. Up date your equipment to support 900K new trucks and put the Nissan scanner on the back burner. Or do you do the other way around?

If you needed money to put food on the table, I bet you support Ford before Nissan.
