I think it is best to get back to stock performance first then maybe headers. Supercharger, if you're real rich why not, but I'd put the money into a PRG long travel before a SC.
Even for an intake plus exhaust, personally I'd rather spend the money on something like 2.5" Radflos instead of 2" Radflos, or even better shock mounts welded on by Greg, (not that I've heard of this, just an example).

. | I don't think the gears will solve all the problems. I think it was Qship maybe who had a 3.36 rear end swapped into his truck, and the tranny kept going into limp mode because the sensors were looking for the other rear.
I'm real interested to see how greg makes out with the gears...
