I am about to get NISMO headers. Cant really give you any input until I get them.
Most people are running Stillen Longtubes and are great. The Nismo hasnt been out long enough for people to get them. Its an expensive mod so not too many people have any kind of headers.
It will be about a month before I get my headers and stuff put on, tuned and Dynoed so I will report the numbers asap.

Most of us are stock and don't have a way to compensate for the rich condition that most headers produce but with the UPrev that problem is solved for you. I'm looking forward to hearing how the Nismo install goes Shifty because that's what I'd like to go with.

say Shifty so when you go with the NISMO headers are you going go with hi-flow cats also because i been trying to find some hi-flows to go with the NISMO headers - i know with the long tube your just getting rid of a set of cats

Yes. I have some aftermarket cats in custom B-pipes I got from another member. They are 2.25" to match the header. I think it has dynatech powercats in the b-pipes.
This combo should bring back alot of torque.
The fastest Titan in America is running Stillen Longtube headers, Dynatech 2.5" Powercats, JBA Evol catback exhaust with a custom Uprev Tune. He also has the JWT cams though.
He is the one I got the B-pipes from. The stillen headers have a 2.5" collector so he went to the 2.5" b-pipes.
He started out with Powerflow headers that had a 3" collector, Banks monster exhaust which is 3" and it got slower.....
The best results are with the 2.25-2.5" pipes.

From my understanding per Kyle at stillen, they're not selling headers for the 07 & 08 Titan. Nissan changed the cpu program or o2 sensor and if you put the stillen headers on they will throw codes. They're hoping to have the fix on these for the 07 & 08 by the end of the year. You can call them directly to verify or get the Nismo.

Ah yes. I heard about that but I think it has to do with the cat/O2 sensor emulator. Since the 07 has VVTi something has changed and the emulator probably doesnt speak the same lingo anymore. If he puts aftermarket cats and O2 sensors he would probably be ok BUT, I would definitely check on that.
