Howdy Ho!
Welcome to the site and what's your budget and what do you have in mind? There's everything from suspension parts and lifts to superchargers, Exhaust systems, wheels, tires, intakes, bug guards and carbon fiber taillights, HIDs, etc, etc, etc.

If you just got the Titan, you might want to drive it for awhile to see what you really feel it needs.

Some folks, like me have found it unnecessary to make mods to the intake or exhaust. I did change the differential and added an anti-sway bar to the rear.

Get to know it and do your research.

Welcome to the forum.

I have an 07 and I put a injen CAI and a magnaflow exhaust. I'm looking into a programer and have put on DR coilovers in the front and DR shocks in the rear. Also put on bug shield and stepbars. There is available a Vortech and Stillen supercharger, headers, trutrac and the list goes on....

I started on my 07' SE with a cat-back exhaust system.
Stock intake box mod lasted about a month then the Fram Boost CAI went on.
Just had to have driving lights, so my wonderful wife provided me with the OEM lights for my birthday.
Trifecta Tonneau cover was next. Followed by some sweet pedals from AutoVation.
Two degree timing advance at a recent Titan meet in Atlanta.
Where to go next? Grille maybe?

Exclamation

I also just bought my Titan. We got a steal on it after having wanted one for the past few years. Of course gas prices are of great concern and the wife has given me about a 1500 dollar budget to get accessories to help with rising fuel costs. any suggestions? I am planning on upgrading the intake and possibly ECM chip. My wife has a friend who knows a decent amount about trucks and suggested getting an adjustable cam and light weight pulleys as well... any help would be greatly appreciated. And in all honesty, I thoroughly believe the gas prices will level out. maybe not drop significantly but will stop jumping at such an astounding rate. all the same, I have the go-ahead from the wife for some mods. I am also kind of paranoid about voiding my warranties so if anyone can help with avoiding that area that would be awesome.
