| Well, the 2deg timing advance spoken of here is with-in the available range of adjustments Nissan built into the Titan. To be sure, when Nissan built the Titan, they had to make sure it passed EPA regs. So they set the engine up as now delivered.
By having your service manager set the 2deg more advanced, you will detect a little more throttle response and a little better mileage. Maybe .5mpg maybe less.
Try it, it isn't going to harm your Titan, but you might like it.
