Emerg. Brake Warning

I've been a doofus several times and the power of the Titan has allowed it!

There is so much power available I've been able to just drive away with the emergency brake still on! Well this is not a good situation and I wonder if there is a way to have the truck tell me the darn brake is still on.

I know there is the light on the dash. Unfortunately, my hands cover up my sight line and I miss seeing it.

So does anyone know of a way to hook up the warning buzzer, or install another, to loudly alert me if I attempt to drive away with the emergency brake still applied???

Here's the schematic and it looks like if you tap into the green wire then you'll know when it's still set. I don't have the time to go out and verify this today but I'll see if I can't get out there tomorrow with a meter and see if it works that way.

Squid, that's great. I'll locate a wire from the PARK circuit in the transmission circuit. Because I only want the buzzer to sound when the parking brake is on and the transmission is shifted out of Park to Reverse and Drive.

I'll work on this when I return from VA as I don't want to cook the emergency brakes again. That way I can hand the Doofus award to another deserving individual.
