Better than a raised floor, do it like they would do a server room, with regular raised flooring. Something like this?

You would only need like what 6, 7" at most? You could run all your power and vac needs below the floor, and have the added benefit of having an exteremly level floor after it's all installed.
Don't forget to leave space for the kegerator, big screen tv, and hot tub.
