What about a raised wood floor. That way all power and Vacuum ducting could be below deck and out of the way. Future additions could be added with less problems that way and not have all sorts of pipes and counduit hanging from the ceiling.

You are for sure right that the power needs attending to. Looks like a shock just waiting to happen.

Nice project. I'm sure you will enjoy making a real Man-Cave to be proud of.
