I had a retrax and it was a quality cover. The only drawback in my opinion is that you loose about 10" in the front of the bed because the rolled up cover is there.

I've seen some others that fold up and can be removed if you need full access to your bed.

The hard covers, have a disadvantage to me if you ever need to haul something tall. You would have to remove the cover and leave it at home while hauling the tall items.

Maybe someone else will respond with recommendations.
