| Last week, I called a local Houston stealership and discussed my issue with a service writer who quickly asked me if the "check engine" light came on ... it did not .... he said that without the "check engine" light, there is no problem code, and without a problem code, there is no way to diagnose a problem .... sounded logical to me, but I called a second stealership anyway and had basically the same conversation with their service writer .... I then decided to just drive the truck like all's well and see what happens, or if it'll throw up a code .... infact, I've been driving the tea-total-crap outta my sweet little truck and it has not duplicated my original issue at all .... now I'm wondering if maybe I imagined my truck bog, sputter and almost die in heavy traffic .... sometimes reality and fantazy tend to intertwine ....
