Getting ready to buy this (I think) and was wondering if anybody else had one or something similar that may be better.

I looked at the Apple TV too, but I think it may be too restrictive. I have tons of purchased iTunes files and all my music is currently m4a or m4b meaning without a whole lot of hassle I can't use an XBOX or other media streaming box unless it supports copyrighted material. I also want to be able to view my pics too, so a music-only one won't work. Anywhoo, just wondering if anyone else had any input on it.
