You know when you design a truck with a clean sheet of paper/crt. Then it is easy to come out on top. After all, the only thing you need is to make sure you beat everything the other guy has.

For me the real proof in the pudding, is when, a few years down stream, after all the others have done their "me too" redesigns and your product still shines. Like the Titan is now doing, 4 model years later. The '08 is an evolutionary upgrade and not a total redesign like the '07 Tundra.

I can't fault Toyota as they have consistently shown they build top quality products. There was never anything wrong with the previous Tundra. Rather it was mis-understood by the American Trucking Population who are still fixated on who has the bigger ....!
