| The 12 speaker sound system and Nav are from the Lexus and both kick butt. The down side to the nav is that you have to be stopped to change settings except for the Hospital which can be used while moving. I told the guy I was talking too that it was sad they hadn't wired it up to the passenger side airbag sensor so it could be operated by the passenger, (Probably a cool mod that a savvy owner could do to make that happen). The other thing I thought was strange is that since the stereo and nav are integrated you don't have separate displays for each so they added one more task to do while driving and if you loose the display you loose both systems. (Probably not a biggy but something I noticed)
I found the dash color scheme a little strange but not something I couldn't gt used to. The controls for the air and heat are big like the Titans when i drove the truck I didn't find anything particularly disturbing about the instruments. The center console is huge and deep! Really Deep! File folder deep, Cooler Deep so if you work from your truck or travel a lot storage isn't a problem. Speaking of storage I counted 12 cup holders so you won't be thirsty either. |
